Can't Download KB906173

My auto download has been trying to download (KB906173) and I have gone to
the download site and this download keeps failing even though I get security
notices that I need it. It is for and updated junk mail filter. It says
that it is 0KB.

Thanks, this download did not work at first but it gave the answer to fix the
problem. I went through ms download site and the knowledge base and FAQ and
did not find this info. Where did you find it? I guess that is why you are
MVP.
