Can't download movie maker XP

I think I downloaded movie maker on my XP Pro (SP3) before but must have
deleted it when trying to speed up my computer.

Now when I try to download it again, I only get Windows Live without movie
maker. I've searched the internet but am always brought back to the
following website which again downloads Windows Live and not movie maker.

I went to Microsoft Updates but it's not there.

Is there a website you could direct me to where I can actually download it?

I see what you mean. How about re-running service pack 3. It should
reinstall version 5.1 of movie maker.
