Can't download mpegs and programmes from the internet.

When I use "save target as" to save an mpeg, or programme, the box that comes
up goes through the motions of downloading but nothing is downloaded and it
closes even though I haven't checked the box instructing it to close. I have
no problem with image files.

Can someone help?

My first suspect would be that the %Temp% folder was corrupt. Running Disk
Cleanup is one way to clear that.

I have the same issue. Running Disk Clean Up has not resolved the issue.
