Cant download please help

As soon as I click on download the run/save option comes out and a second
later the internet restarts itself also it may be nothing but this little
window appears on the upper left side of the screen

Clear your Temporary internet files and try downloading again.

If you want people to read your URL make it load faster. It took two
minutes on this Firefox Browser run with Tor.
If a www does not load in ten seconds or less nobody is going to read
it and it is a waste of time tagging it to your handle. Having tried
to read your first URL I am not even going to try the second.

3 secs on Vista Ultimate IE.

So it loads in seven seconds with EI7 that is another software that
Vista will not run on.
Tor works fine.
I could not even get into Yahoo to play Blackjack this afternoon.Vista
kept and is still locking up.I have to plug the cord out and start it
again to get it working.
As I an posting this I am defragging it and have Spy Bot running to
try to clean up this shitty Vista computer I sent my hard earned $$$$$$
$ on.I want my money back.How I get a refund? All $1000 of it.

This afternoon I could not even get into yahoo games to play
blackjack.Vista kept locking up.

As I post this I am defraging and running Sky Bot.

I spent my hard earned money on this shitty O/S and the ****ing thing
does not work.So why do you MVP not start telling the general public
to avoid Vista as it is a peice of crap and I got ripped off by M/S

IF he were to do that, he would not get his next free os in year 2012 And to
think about all the people that have to put up with vista for the next 5
