When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use (in
conjuction with some other utilities). HijackThis will NOT fix anything on
its own, but it will help you to both identify and remove any
hijackware/spyware with assistance from an expert. **Post your log to

http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22,

by an expert in such matters, not here.**

PS: Running a crack of Symantec AntiVirus isn't helping matters!

What is with your obsession with this continued dribble about HijackThis?
Give it a rest will you? Just take your meds and maybe a loooong nap, hey?
When all else fails and you have no clue then just don't respond to everyone
with your cut and paste uselessness.

Personally I believe the reference to HijackThis is still the best advice that
could be provided to someone likely to be suffering from a severe and
unidentified malware infection. Do you have an alternative suggestion?

Ironically enough, in this particular case the OP was *already* using HijackThis
and PA Bear's reply was simply to point him to the appropriate place to post the
results, i.e., it was the only possible response. Would you have preferred that
everybody ignore the OP entirely?

Harry.
