Can't download Windows 98 SE Critical update JView Profiler [KB903

Each time I try to download & install the Windows 98 SE critical update
JView Profiler [KB903235], the download/install box appears for a nanosecond,
then disappears without doing anything. Then, after reclicking on the
"install now" button, nothing happens. No matter how many times I rerun the
"search for updates" part and retry, the same thing happens. What should I
do? Help!!!! Please!!!! Thank you. --Cat
