Cant download windows or automatic updates

I get several errors trying to download windows update. Here are a 2 of them:
0x8007041D

(I went into services and got the following errors)

Automatic Updates: Error 2147746310 cannot start error was detected

Backround Intelligent Transfer Service: Error 1075 dependency service does
not exist or has been deleted

Can someone please help? My undieing gratitude........
