Can't Download Windows Updates

My Windows Updates have stop their automatic install. When I go to site,
there are 10 updates waiting, but the downloads all fail. History shows
Error Code: 0x80200010

I have tried many times over the last week, but fails every time. Can
someone help, please?

BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED
0x80200010
The network card is inactive or disconnected. All jobs are placed in the
BG_JOB_STATE_TRANSIENT_ERROR state

For the conflict between windows update and Panda anti-virus Titanium 2005 the
hotfix is: hfT50504s8.exe

I am running McAffee Antivirus only... No Panda AV..

Did you check the device manager to see if anything is not working?
Right click "My Computer" then select "Manage"
Check Device Manager

If everything is okay, then you'll have to check to make sure your anti virus
software is blocking WU.

I have the same issue with Windows Updates and am using McAfee A/V software
only (no firewall or personal information manager).

Two things...
1. I tried disabling McAfee V/S and still could not download the updates.
2. The updates I'm trying to download are Microsoft Updates...
