Which settings are you referring to? Do you mean at
http://account.live.com, or maybe the
Live Mobile site? Either way it would be worth trying from another browser (perhaps Google
Chrome), another Windows account, or another PC to localize where the problem might be.
Or do you mean the actual Options dialog window in Messenger itself?
