cant edit the account setting

i tried many times ti enter my account settings but till now i couldn't it
still loading all the time but with no result
the speed in my connection is 100mbps is it too slow to load the the page
i need help
any other method to change the setting

Which settings are you referring to? Do you mean at http://account.live.com, or maybe the
Live Mobile site? Either way it would be worth trying from another browser (perhaps Google
Chrome), another Windows account, or another PC to localize where the problem might be.

Or do you mean the actual Options dialog window in Messenger itself?

dear a month ago i had error 810003c1 with wlm as u remember and someone at
that time told me to change the country from the account settings cos its a
prblem with the server and from that time till now am trying to log into the
setting from the mail account but in vain and he asked me about the speed if
it is slow i said its 100mbps and i think its good for this prosess
