Can't Establish connection error

Connects to wireless network router but
won't go the further step to connect to the internet. I get a messag
in
diagnose connection problems like this: "www.google.com" is not set u
to
establish a connection on port "World Wide Web service (HTTP)" wit
this
computer.

I've read the suggestions about removing nortons but I don't hav
Nortons, running a Toshiba Satellite with Vista, AVG, Zonealarm. Whe
this happens no browsers will work, Chrome,firefox, or IE. Sometimes i
will not work for days

In ZoneAlarm, go to Firewall, Zones. Your network IP and subnet for your
router should be listed in the first entry. You should have Loopback
Adapter, DNS Server, and DHCP Server also listed as Trusted. If not, add
them along with there appropriate IP. You can get the IP addresses from your
router set up. Once that's set up, reboot and see if it works better.
