I can tell you that it doesn't seem to be firewall related. We dropped the
firewall on both sides, and still no remote assistance.
Is there someone I can drop some money on to fix this problem. It was real
handy with the older versions of messenger to be able to fix up a machine
remotely. Now we have all these pretty pictures, backgrounds, etc. and the
thing doesn't function as well as it used to. This is progress?
