Can't even get it to install!

I've got XP Pro (spent way too much $$ on it) and after trying every way
under the sun, including formatting, removing PCI cards and sacreficing a
chicken, I still can't make it all the way through the friggin install! I
get somewhere around 29mins remaining, which could be "Installing Network" to
"Setting up Start Menu Programs" and it hangs. Any ideas?

I sent for the disk from MS and followed their warnings = Good Install (
about a week to recieve)

PS That way you can disable the Firewall and Anti-Virius programs
