Can't execute 'CEC_MAIN.exe

When my computer boots up it shows this error message. Any suggestion?

1. Make sure the computer is completely virus/malware-free:

2. After you've determined that (and don't skip the prep work), if the
machine is clean manage your Startup to find out what is starting with
Windows.

Hi,

That process belongs to supporting software for a webcam. Suggest you
download a new package from the manufacturer and reinstall it.

Thanks Rick. Because of your information I was able to contact Toshiba and
get a web link where it told me how to fix the problem. Now it boots up just
fine. I had to remove the software and then disable Kaspersky. Then
reinstall web cam software which I had downloaded previously from Toshiba.
After following directions given at web site and then rebooting it worked
great.
