When starting Vista Bus. Ed. I get a notification that Windows has blocked
some startup programs. When inspecting "blocked startup programs" in the
system tray it lists a 3 programs not yet classified but can't find any that
are blocked even when "showing for all users". Anyone have a clue to find
out to stop this notice or why it is showing up? TIA
Ray

Well you need to configure Windows Defender to not block the programs at
start-up, because that's who is blocking those programs at system start-up.

Hello Ray,

If this is the "Windows has blocked some startup programs" message,
then this usually happens when you uncheck some startup programs in
msconfig. Steps 9 to 12 in Option Two (Method Two) in this tutorial will
help show you how to stop getting this message.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Thanks Brink,
That set me in the right direction.
It disabled several when installing Vista that I found in MSCONFIG.
