Can't find certain programs to uninstall

I want to uninstall some programs - but they're not listed in the
Control Panel "Programs and Features." They are:

Adobe Flash Player 10.x (ActiveX Control)
Shockwave Player 10.x

Can someone tell me how to get rid of these?

First rename it from xxx.dll to xxx.dll.hide and see what happens.
