The only place it is currently available legally is MSDN, Technet Plus,
Connect, and Microsoft Volume Licesing site. If you dont' have access to
one of those then dont' trust the download.

If you don't have a product key, start here, under the section "How to get
started":

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvist.../register.mspx

A product key must be obtained by November 30.
