Im the admin on this pc... when I press ALT+CTRL+DEL it says task manager
cant be found... it stops responding. I tried how to fix it what it says
below... but I cant find system. How do I add system under policies? I hope
you understand what I am saying. Thanks a lot.

I tried this:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies

Double-click System, double-click DisableTaskMgr, change Value data to 0,
and then click OK.

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pol icies\System

If you don't see it then it's not there. Your error doesn't suggest this is
the cause anyway.

Type in a command prompt
sfc /scannow

Hi,

That suggests that you are infected with some sort of malware that is
blocking it. Suggest you boot to Safe mode to begin clean up processes with
updated antivirus software. While there, you can probably at least run
taskman.exe from the start/search line.
