I cant find a way to chat with people on hotmail

I just opened an msn account, but I don’t know how to find a forum or a
chatroom.
please tell me

MSN doesn't have chat rooms. Windows Live Messenger is a chat client that allows
you to chat, but you need to be added to the contact list of your friends and
they need to be added to your list.
