the computer all of a sudden switched the time about 11 hours behind. i tried
to change the time settings, but when i hit the ok button nothing was
changed. the time zone is set correctly, too. but the time is supposed to be
according to the time of the windows time server, and it will not
synchronize. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure you don't have a firewall or some other security software
blocking port 123, there's a lot of detail at this link but the first
place to look is your firewall. Your Router may also be preventing
contact with the time server so check the router settings first.

10:00(p.m.) is 10:00a.m. in a 24-hour clock.

Try setting your clock in the morning so there won't be any confusion.
