Hello,
I have two problems I need assistance with.
FIRST PROBLEM
1) I suddenly can't seem to generate a system health report with Vista. I
keep getting "an error occured while attempting to generate the report".
Before it worked now it does not. I always do a system health report almost
everyday. (I'm obsessed about the well being of my PC). I don't know what
triggered it, but here are some possible reasons I can think of:
A) I recently uninstalled my Mcafee trial software and then installed CA
Internet Security. I then received a series of Blue Screens. I quickly
uninstalled CA Internet Security and used Zone Alarm Free Firewall and AVG
antivirus. The operating system seems to be stable now (I haven't got a Blue
Screen since).
B) On July 25, 2007, I installed a recent update to Windows Vista. The
update is KB929547. (
http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?kbid=929547).
Could this have something to do with it?
Some things I did to attempt fixing this problem myself include doing a
start up repair (using the F8 key before Windows loads). No problems found. I
did a Windows Memory test while I was there in the boot options. No problems
detected. I checked the hard drive for errors. No bad files and only a few
reparsed records.
The problem still exists.

SECOND PROBLEM
2) I was doing some snooping in the "System Information" section. Under
"Components" and then "Problem Devices", there appears this:
Device: 6TO4
PNP Device ID: ROOT\*6TO4MP\0000
Error Code: This device cannot start.
