Can't get Activesync 4.0 to only sync incomplete tasks.

I can't seem to find anything about this online, so I'm assuming there's
something wrong on my end, but I can't find the option to tell active sync to
only synchronize incomplete tasks. It is synchronizing all of my tasks over
the PPC (WM5). Of the 700+ it's synchronizing only about 30 are incomplete.
The "Settings" button is disabled for Tasks. It seems to be correct with
Calendar (only sync 2 weeks, etc) but the tasks one is disabled. Has this
feature been removed from Activesync or is something wacky on my end?
If it's me, any idea how to fix it? I've tried repairing my Office
install, reinstalling ActiveSync and deleting/recreating the partnership with
my PDA. Thoughts? Thanks -- Dan
