Cant get new Update to run

When trying to install the new update I keep receiving a prompt to download
update over and over again. It doesnt download.

I have the same problem, what OS do you have? I have XP
MCE and the update is KB838358. It's a non-critical
update for recording programs, I can't make it go away!

1.) Version of Windows (if you are running on XP you could be using V5 of
Windows Update and Service Pack 2 - Please confirm).
2.) Which update?
