Can't get Optional Updates!

I installed multiple High Priority Updates (Bout 50, havent used computer in
awhile).

Now i have optional updates that i have an when i go to click on them. It
does nothing. Why doesn't it show the optional updates? Like software an
hardware? have 9 software and 3 hardware. Thanks

Found The problem. Do this below an it will fix problem!

1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Select Tools -> Internet Options
3) Select the 'Programs' tab
4) Click the 'Manage add-ons' button
5) Select 'Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer' in the dropdown
6) Select each item in turn that has a Type of 'Browser Helper Object' and
disable it
7) Click OK
8) Start Windows Update (or Microsoft Update) and click the 'Custom' button
9) When the list of updates appear, you should now be able to select the
"Software, Optional" or "Hardware, Optional" without problems
