I CAN'T GET RID OF UPDATE KB929777

i tried to uninstall the darn thing and it keeps saying
"An erro has occurred.Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled."
I have tried every suggestion that i can find on fixing this dumb update
problem,short of factory restoring it. please help.
