Can't Get Simp by Secway to Work?

This is a MSN Messenger related question. I'm trying to use a program
called SimpLite (http://www.secway.fr/us/products/simplit... I used it
successfully on MSN Messenger before I had to reinstall XP, but cannot
make it work.

Simp shows a red man in the systray. On the two XP computers I'm
trying to use it on I get a X beside the man indicating it's not
enabled. (http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/2966/... The company
provides no support for the free version.

Anybody else here use Simp and have any ideas?
