I can't get upates from the web ..

Hi, all
when I try to updates to my windows I get the folwing message :

[Error number: 0x80004005]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.

Can any one tell my what is the solution ...... ?
