I cant get to an update page which gives you the option to express

I cant get to an update page which gives you the option to express or the
other. The error code I get is. 0x800B0110
Can someone help?

1. In Control Panel, open Add or Remove Programs
2. Click Add/Remove Windows Components.
3. Select the Update Root Certificates check box.
4. Click Next, and then click Finish.


Note
.. To open Add/Remove Windows Components, click Start, click Control
Panel, click Add
or Remove Programs, and then click Add/Remove Windows Components.

This did not work. It asks for a file zclient.exe on the xp disk which I put
it, and found the file. It wont use it. I get an error of 0x4b8.
Also the link you put in goes to a page that says it does not find that
page, then gives me a bunch of places to go with windows stuff.
Any thing else?
