Can't Get Updates form Microsoft Update Site

When I click 'Check for updates' from Office Access-Access Options-Resources
I'm presented with the following:

'The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the
problem.'

I've checked several of the links but didn't help.

James

The original thread was concerning the differences or the lack of
differences of
Micorosft Update and Windows Update.
This thread seems to be different to me.

Sorry 'bout the delay.
I think so. I don't have the yellow "Get updates for more products"
But, I do have 'Your Receive Updates: For Windows and other products from
Microsoft Update.'
So I'm assuming it's getting updates for office.
I still can't access the update site directly form office. So if I needed to
update manually
I wouldn't be able to do it.

Then Automatic Updates *should* be offering Office Updates and running
"Windows Update" manually (not via IE) *should* take you to Microsoft Update
where a CUSTOM scan *should* offer any available Office updates.

YW. You just have to get used to the fact that you can't access
Windows/Microsoft Update webpage in Vista as you did in WinXP.
