can't get webcam to work with friend with Mac computer

my friend downloaded the mac version of WLM. I can send my webcam invite but
they can't see the invite. They also don't have an option to send theirs.
Do they have the wrong version? Is it possible to do that between PC and Mac?

Unfortunately the Mac version of Messenger does not support webcam at this time. However,
aMSN, an open source Messenger client does support it on Mac OS X so they can use that:
