I ran the windows update utility and it found
updates...yadda yadda I downloaded them (I am using
Windows ME). Setup started and everything seemed to setup
and install properly and the little MS globe icon showed
on my task bar. A few days later I restarted my computer
and since then I have been having a problem. The Setup
keeps popping up. I choose to begin setup from the
beginning (the message box says this is recommended if it
has failed before) and one of two things happens: either
it says right out that setup has failed or this morning,
it installed and ran and then said that all of the correct
files etc are there but that for some reason setup cannot
be completed. I also went back to the updates site and
checked for the latest updates and it said that there are
no other recent updates. Does anyone have any idea how I
can successfully complete the installation of my updates?
