Can't install 2000 server SP4

When I tried ti install 2000 server sp4 in the finalization stage I received
the following error message: Required dll not found!

Also upon cancelling the installating I also receive the following error
message:
Failure to remove ism.dll script mapping. Service Pack will abort.

If any one can help me with this installation problem I would greatly
appreciate it.
