I can't install any program in my new PC with Vista

I need install same programs, like Skype and it's impossible.

I need help!

Turn off UAC and try to install the application.

I turn off the UAC, the firewall and the windows defender, but I have the
same problem.

Yes! And the support of Google-earth, Ccleaner, and the mouse support .....

The problem is with the Vista!
I think I have a problem with the initial configuration and I need help to
correct this and if is possible do not reinstall the Vista.

Did you ever get this solved. I have the exact same issue. And nobody
seems to get it that it is a Vista issue.

I can't install Firefox, or IZARC, or for that matter, even IE8

I don't see any history, so try downloading the installer, then right click
it and select Run as administrator.
Many programs won't install without that step.
