I cant install any updates for the pc or microsoft office.

HI,
I cant install this update " Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework,
Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB886903) " and any for the pc and office. When i
try to install updates for office it says " The Installation source for this
product is not available. Verify that the soucre exists and that you can
access it." I have Microsoft Office Student and Teachers 2003.
