Can't install Flash Player 9

I had Flash Player installed on my computer- Windows Vista Home Premium, but
it was deleted by another person by mistake.. now I can not install any type
of flash player.. it starts to install then a box will pop up saying that it
failed or was cancelled. I use Hi5 and facebook and I can view videos or
listen to music. I am so new to computers but I learn quickly so please
someone help me enjoy this wonderful machine

Download and run the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller:
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...nalId=tn_14157

Afterward, right-click on the Internet Explorer icon located on
your Taskbar and select: Run as administrator. Then visit:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash

and click on "Install Now".

The links are not found. but I found an uninstaller and ran it and i am
running as admin. but I still cannot install flash player...same message...

Did you by chance turn off UAC? I seem to remember people having issues
installing Version 8 if UAC was turned off.
