Can't install Messenger Live

I'm trying to install Messenger Live but keep getting the following error.

Error creating process ................\bootstrap.exe
CSDA_MARKET=xx-xx>. Reason D:\WINDOWS\system32\advpack.dll

Can anyone help overcome this please.

As a "quick fix", try installing from here:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/redir/wlm8_792msi.asp

Don't select the Windows Live Sign-in Assistant as that's not included in this MSI.
