Something I've noticed on a similar setup I've got going over here. If
you open a connection to your machine from your Vista box, and
right-click the printer, and then click connect, you should be able to
refresh the connection. Sometimes just opening up the printer remotely
does the job. It seems to be a necessary work around between vista and
xp if the xp box hasn't had a print job in a long time. Can't figure
out why.
