It may the presence of NOD32 that is causing the installation to fail.
Did you turn off all real time monitoring of the system ?
Click on the NOD32 icon in the System Tray
Click the arrow next to Threat Protection Modules
Click on AMON in the left frame, then click the Stop button in the right
frame
Click on DMON in the left frame, click the Quit button in the right frame
Same for EMON and IMON, if they are both currently active
The system *may* need to be restarted at this point in time.
Do so if you receive a popup message that indicates a restart should be
done.
