Can't install Service Pack 3

Service Pack 3 installation fails when trying to back up registry. I keep
getting the message: Could not backup registry key
HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\current version\uninstall\KB87339 Access
denied.
Can anyone help?

Have you read KB949377? Have you tried the fix I cited? Have you opened a
free Support Incident yet?
