can't install sp2 after cancellation

i cancelled the installation of sp2 because i didn't want it at the time.
now when i try to get it using windows update it fails with the following,
not very descriptive message:

Installation Failure:
Error Code: 8020000E


I've tried repeatedly to get sp2 using windows update but the same failure
continues. any ideas? thanks

Never mind! I deleted the contents of
c:\windows\softwaredistribution\download and
c:\windows\softwaredistribution\datastore as per another article and that
worked.

I had this problem downloading via internet, resolved by obtaining update via
cd, this came free with my pc magazine. Understand that ms will supply cd via
web site.
