Can't Install Update_Error 0x80070643

Hi! I can not install needed security updates for Microsoft. I have done
the troubleshooting ideas but they still won't download. I get Error
0x80070643. I have checked to make sure that the office source engine is on
manual..still nothing. I don't have my office 2003 CD to unistall and
re-install, so that is not an option for me....Any ideas? Thanks
