Maybe someone else can see better, but what I see in it is this:
In the log it says "MSI DLL version is 2.0. Version 3.1 is required."
Windows Installer 3.1 Redistributable (v2) should have that dll.
Validation is required for the download from Microsoft:

leads you to this verification URL for the download:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

You'd need to verify as genuine to directly download and install
WindowsInstaller-KB893803-x86.exe, which is what you want, right?
