Can't install Vista Updates - error codes 007000B, 80073715, and 6

Hello,

I'm running Windows Vista Home Basic, and can't install updates currently.
I always get error codes 007000B, 80073715, and 643. I have tried every
troubleshooting option that Windows Help has been giving me up to here. What
should I do next?
