I cant install the windows live messenger

when the installation has completed . This error hr:0x800700003 has Appeared
.... i dont know what this means ? please help me!

Hi,

I have the same problem too. Every time i try to install the last version of
messenger in my computer the installation completes and then rolls back!!!!I
have windows 7 x64 bit in my laptop.
Please help!!!!
