can't install windowsXP SP3

well, it just doesn't let me install it.

There is no such thing as Windows XP SP-3.
However there a few places distributing what they deceptively call SP-3.

Or are you referring to Microsoft Office XP SP-3?
If so, ask in an Office newsgroup:

You already are using a newsgroup.
You are just accessing it through what many consider the less efficient web
interface.
You need to find the Office newsgroup on the web interface in much the same
way as you found this newsgroup.
