Cant Intall SP2

Help me, when ever i try to install service pack 2 i get about half way
through the installation process and then get an error which reads, "Access
Denied". It then commenses to uninstall itself. Please tell me how to fix
this problem so that i can finish the installation.

You receive an "Access is denied" error message when you try to install
