can't join skypecasts

i use skype on vista and i can't join any skypecasts. from this link
https://skypecasts.skype.com/skypecasts/ongoing
everytime message appears ask me to upgrade to version 3.2 or later
i already use skype v.3.6.0248

i asked skype help and support and they told me the problem with Vista .
i try skypecasts on XP sp2 and it works fine . i face this problem only
on vista

any help ?
