Can't load my personnal setings

Hi! I've installed SP2 for my windows XP home edition and
after i've restarted my PC, when i was asked, the blue
screen in which i must click on my name to enter windows
appears. Until then it's normal, even thought i did not
had this screen previously (i've disabled it in SP1). But
when i click on my name it's seems like if it wanted to
open (my hard drive works) but it just keep on showing me
the same menu. I know that my internet connection works
because its showing me that i have 1 new message in my
inbox. And i have administrator rights, and i've tried in
fail safe mode (wich by the way still get me stuck in the
same menu)
What can i do to enter windows ? thanks.

Has anyone solved these problems yet?
