Can't log in (error 81000323)

I can't log into one ID, the buddy icons just swirl and swirl, then error
81000323 shows up. This only affects one ID, but not others. Please help.

Greetings Jim,

How long has this been going on? If just recently, then shut down Messenger entirely by
right-clicking on its icon in the notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run
this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/dow...lmpolicies.reg

Then try signing in again.

For the last two weeks I have been experiencing the same problems described
by the other people in this forum. I cannot seem to log in my Windows Live
Messenger and get the same error code. I ran your file but it still doesn't
work. I hope you can help me.
