Cant log onto update

Help anyone please. When I log onto update it starts to scan me pc but then
stops and displays error code 0xC8000643 can anyone tell me how to correct
this. Prior to this error being displayed update scanned and allowed
installation in 'custom' more without any problem

Please do the following:
(1) Stop the AU service (net stop wuauserv).

(2) Rename the %windir%\SoftwareDistribution folder to
SoftwareDistribution.old

(3) Restart the AU server (net start wuauserv).

(4) Wait 30 minutes and check the %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log.

If the system is still not working correctly, please post the 30 minutes of
log entries obtained in step (4).
