Can't login into WLM

My girlfriend's computer can run msn 7.5 without any problems. But it
couldn't run msn 8.0 . when she tried to login msn8.0 she got error message:
AppName: msnmsgr.exe AppVer: 8.0.792.0 AppStamp:4493215b
ModName: pintlgnt.ime ModVer: 5.3.0.4427 ModStamp:41214578
fDebug: 0 Offset: 0001fe61
Can anyone help me?
